I hold a bachelor's degree and TEFL certificate, and am hoping to teach English...could you tell me what kind of salary I could expect to earn there? I have no experience yet with teaching...but I am a native English speaker.

I heard about people doing that. I'm not sure exactly how much you will make but I heard you make good money.

Less than a teacher would make here ; typically between 1000 and 1500$ depending on the organisation you're going with. You will likely be paid in American dollars and keep in mind that everything is significantly less expensive so your cost of living goes way down. Most people use an overseas job to save money for when they come back.
