Does anyone have any experiences or recommendations to share about the 2 largest schools in Japan:
AEON
GEOS
NOVA
Would they all be good choices?, is one better than the other?, Reasons?

Teaching Japan for a few years now, and can't really recommend one above another. In terms of negative comments i have heard them from all of the 3 monster institutions, although i hear geos come up the most with aeon not far behind. In the end you can always leave when you are hear if the treatment is so bad, and find a teaching position with one of the smaller ones, teaching hours are quite often less and payment may even be higher.
The main institutions can be quite inflexibile and they also make good use of their teachers (with teaching weeks of 30-40 hours).

Also if you meet the age and other requirements you may want to check out the JET program.

I would also recommend the JET program. 4 of my friend were chosen last year and I haven't heard any bad comments about their experience. The program is well managed and organized. You may feel more secure and supported. Plus, the JET administration sets everything in place for you. However, as redhen pointed out, you need to meet the age and other requirements.
I must say I am quite surprised to hear that none of the precious schools mentioned are recommended. To teach in Japan, you must become familiar with japanese culture prior to departure and be ready to work a lot. However, I have hear that most of the major problems happen because of management problems. Anybody going to teach abroad in Japan must be flexible and well put together.
