Candyland. It's great for talking about colors, jobs, traveling, likes and dislikes, etc.
The Monopoly Junior games, especially the Amusement Park game, would work well with more precocious learners. Again, you talk about experiences as you go around the board. It offers lots of opportunity for verbal exchange about adventure, likes and dislikes, colors, and numbers!
Another game that inspires lots of talking is Cootie! I haven't seen it for a while, but it might still be available on eBay or yard sales.

I find that the old simple board games like chutes & ladders & hi ho cherry oh & hungry hungry hippos work. also try the spongebob squarepants monopoly.

take money or something cool put news paper crumpled up around it, then get duck tape and wrap it around the news paper making it a ball ( to a fairly large one have all the kids sit in a circle get two dice and let them roll when one rolls a double they get to start un taping the ball until some one else rolls a double them they get the tape ball and so on... who ever gets to un wrap the prize gets it
